Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour (hypoallergenic and gentle on digestion. Organic is bes
- 1/4 cup unsalted pumpkin puree (low-fat alternative to peanut butter)
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cranberries (dog-safe, in moderation and also optiona
- 1 egg white (instead of whole egg to reduce fat)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
- Roll out dough and cut into heart shapes.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before treating your pup!
*Want a crunchier treat? Bake for an extra 3-5 minutes for a crispier texture. Prefer a softer snack? Reduce baking
time by a few minutes for a chewy consistency that’s gentle on small Cavachon teeth!
*If the dough is too dry, add a teaspoon of water or unsweetened applesauce at a time until the right consistency is
achieved. If it’s too wet, sprinkle in a little more flour to firm it
